Chef's Salad

Introduction :

 

Ingredients :

Use 1 thick slice cooked ham
Use 3 thick slices cooked smoked tongue
Use 1 cooked chicken breast
Use 125gms gruyere
Use 4 tomatoes
Use 125 gms mushrooms
Use 3 hard boiled eggs
Use 1 red pepper
Use 1 tsp finely chopped parsley Combination of lettuce or other salad greens

Preparation:

Slice ham, tongue and chicken into strips. Cut the cheese into matchstick size pieces. Cut tomatoes into quarters and slice mushrooms. Toss lightly in dressing. Arrange all these salad ingredients in a salad bowl on a bed of lettuce and garnish with quartered hard boiled eggs, strips of red pepper and finely chopped parsley, combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well before using.
