CM lays bandhara foundation

Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has assured to give guarantee of providing long run benefit of different schemes launched by the State government for the welfare of the people.

He was recently addressing the villagers of Pilgao after foundation stone laying ceremony of the construction of khazan bandhara at the cost of Rs 3 crore.

Deputy Speaker Anant Shet, Agriculture Director Satish Tendulkar, Pilgao Sarpanch Jayant Kavlekar, S V Prabhavalkar, P Anki, Babaji Gaonkar, Ramchandra Garde, panchas and others were present on the occasion.

“No body should worry about the execution of the schemes as the process of completing necessary formalities is going on step by step and as such people should not panic and make hurry to fill the forms,” stated Parrikar.

Parrikar further said the State government will take the responsibility of solving the issue of Khazan farming.

“This bandhara will benefit about 125 families, who are dependent on farming,” he said. [H]
