Dharna against Food Security Bill
Activists of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) together with members of Left-oriented organizations of workers, peasants, women, students and youth and other working people will hold demonstrations in front of the offices of the deputy collectors at Ponda, Quepem, Vasco-da-Gama and Bicholim to observe the nationwide protest day against the Food Security Bill on September 12.
A memorandum containing the demands of the demonstration/dharna addressed to the Prime Minister of India will be submitted through the respective deputy collectors.

The dharna will place before the PM several demands for urgent and thoughtful consideration of the Centre. [H]
