Wheat flour 200 gms, coconut milk 100 ml, water 50 ml, jaggery 50gms, bananas (ripe) 2, egg 1 no, cardamom powder a pinch, salt to taste, grated coconut 25 gms.
Method: Mix all the above ingredients (except the bananas) in a bowl till you get a smooth batter.
Mash the bananas and then add the mashed bananas to the mixture.
Beat it together. Add more water if required. Let the batter rest for half hour.
Heat a pan. Add a little oil to season the pan. Pour a big tablespoon of this mixture in the frying pan and fry. Serve hot. [NT]
