FISH FILLET

Introduction :

Ingredients :

12 fish fillets (5inchx2inch)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic paste
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp oil ½ cup flour
1 egg (beaten)
oil for deep frying

Preparation:

Apply salt and the next 4 ingredients to the fillets and allow to stand for 2 hours, turning the fish off and on. Drain out the liquid. Coat the fillets with egg, roll over flour and deep fry in hot oil. Do not allow to brown.
