Goan Mussel Pulao

Introduction :

 

Ingredients :

Use 2 cups rice
Use 1 cup mussels
Use 3 red chilies
Use 1/4 tsp turmeric
Use Salt to taste
Use 4 cloves
Use 4 cardamoms
Use Chopped cilantro for garnishing
Use Goan Mussel Pulao
Use 1 big onion, finely chopped
Use 1 tomato, chopped
Use 1" cinnamon

Preparation:

Heat oil in a pan, add the cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, chilies and fry for 1 minute.
Then add the onions and fry until they get golden in color.
Now add the mussels, fry for 5 minutes and then add the tomatoes.
