Grape Escapade to get lifestyle concept


The Grape Escapade wine festival organised by Goa Tourism Development Corporation will see luxury and lifestyle concepts added to the annual event that will be held from February 24 to 27, at Sports Authority Ground, Campal.
This year ‘Media Promotions’ has bagged the contract after the committee and corporation completed the tendering process, Thursday, while Pratap Arora, Mumbai’s Brand consultant may also be roped in for assistance.
The GTDC is expecting to attract a crowd of around 25,000 and has thus shifted the venue to a more spacious location.
While wine will continue to be one of the segments of Grape Escapade, the GTDC Board has approved plans for incorporating luxury and lifestyle segments and feature cars and lifestyle items to attract participation of upper segments. 
A special play section for children will be an added attraction this year. The GTDC Board members say that this year plans are on to have ticketed entry and invitees so as to have a selected crowd.  [H]
