This year we saw how overhead wires were creating obstructions to the movement of floats, similarly we had received a request from Murgao Hindu Samaj requesting us to shift the venue as carnival float parade take place on Monday when large number of devotees comes to visit Dev Damodar temple. Hence considering all views, we have decided to hold carnival as well as Sigmotsav float parade on F L Gomes Road,” Vasco MLA Carlos Almeida said. [H]
