After a huge success in Panjim, the Herald property expo has moved to Margao, where it will be held on December 15 and 16 from 10 AM to 9 PM. Held over the weekend in order to attract more prospective buyers, about 3,500 people are estimated to have come in search of a dream home with many requesting a third day extension.
This time around the exhibition is expected to be even bigger with about 6,000 visitors expected.
With that number in mind, it is being organised in Ravindra Bhavan which is both spacious and well located in Margao.
Already, 24 of the 28 stalls available to potential exhibitors have been taken with the remaining expected to be snapped- up in the days leading- up to the expo.
Besides some of the biggest names in the Goan real estate industry who will be participating, there will also be banks on hand to provide a variety of housing loan options to prospective buyers.
With the stopping of mining, the construction industry has seen a noticeable drop in sales. This expo aims to help solve that decline by bringing buyers and sellers together like never before on a common platform.
The exhibition dates have been chosen in the hope of catching NRIs who will be in Goa during the lead up to the Christmas season.
There is the promise of free gifts for lucky visitors. Besides that, there is also a facility for prospective customers to be transported to the site of their interest and back.
On the whole, this expo promises to be even bigger and better than the last one. Commonwealth Developers, Akar Creations, Dyna Developers, Crossroads Realtors, Ace Developers, Sun Realty Hospitality, Nanu Estates, Arjuntree, Prabhudessai Realtors, Amba and Cityscape Developers will be some of the participating construction companies.
Among the banks, there will be State Bank of India and Bank of India.
