2 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup green peas
1/2 lemon juice
fresh coriander leaves

1) in a bowl take minced meat to which you may add the water and mix well with a spoon until all the water seems to be soaked by the meat, this method later on will help your minced meat to avoid lumps.
2) in a pan/kadai add desi ghee / clarified butter and cooking at a medium flame when the oil is hot enough, cumin seeds followed by ginger garlic paste, saute` for a while until the raw smell of ginger garlic paste wafts, and then after around 2 minutes add chopped onions and saute` them by adding 1 tsp salt for around 3 minutes or until the onions turn golden brown.
3) add chopped green chilis, and cook for another minute and add chopped tomatoes, lower the flame and add all the spices, mix well and cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
4) when the tomatoes ooze oil to the surface it means they are cooked, now you may add the minced meat that you had initially mixed along with water and mix it with the curry and increase the flame to medium-high.
5) while cooking in open without lid, add green peas and 1 tsp salt, mix well, cook for 5 mins.
6) cover with a lid and cook at low flame for around 20 minutes.
7) after 20 mins uncover the lid and you will observe the oil surfacing at the top, signifying the curry being cooked, squeeze in lemon juice and coriander leaves, cook for another 2 minutes.
