MHS to offer better facilities to students
On the eve of completing 100 years, Margao-based Mathagramasth Hindu Sabha (MHS) has decided to empower the Goan youth, especially in Margao with better learning facilities by associating with Mumbai-based Aasanka Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Briefing newsmen, MHS President Bhai Naik said the Sabha has entered into an alliance with the Mumbai-based institute since the HRD Ministry, New Delhi has announced huge changes in the way entrance examinations will be conducted from 2013-14 onwards.
Board marks will contribute in selection to engineering colleges starting from 2013.
From 2014, it is expected that medical entrance in the country will follow the same pattern, he added.
Replying to a question, he said that Aasanka empowers schools with unique e-class which gives school an option to use highly rated Aasanka study material by the school teachers during their normal school teaching hours.
