Moussaka

Introduction :

 

Ingredients :

Use 500 gms Minced meat
Use 300 gms Boiled potatoes
Use 2 Chopped onions
Use 1 tbsp chopped ginger
Use Pepper to taste
Use 4 Chopped tomatoes
Use 2 tbsp Oil
Use 100 gms Cheese
Use White sauce
Use Coriander leaves
Use Salt to taste

Preparation:

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onions till they turn golden brown.
Add ginger to it and stir for a minute.
Add minced meat and salt. Stir it thoroughly and cook till well done.
Put half the potato slices in layers in a greased dish. Cover them with the remaining potato slices.
Stir white sauce in most of the cheese and pour it over the potatoes.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake the dish in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
Moussaka is ready. Serve it garnished with tomato slices and coriander leaves.
