Passengers stranded at Dabolim as flight cancelled
The immigration cell had to cancel 38 boarding passes issued to passengers due to fly to Kuwait after the flight was cancelled. The immigration officer said, "Air India suddenly informed the immigration cell to cancel the boarding passes to the passengers as the flight was cancelled due to a technical problem."
The flight was scheduled to go to Kuwait and boarding passes were being issued when the airline identified the problem. Sources said all passengers due to board the flight were stranded at Dabolim airport. [TOI]
