PRAWN CUTLETS

Ingredients :

Use 1 cup cooked prawns (mashed to paste)
Use ½ cup grated coconut
Use 6 green chillies
Use 1 small bunch coriander leaves
Use A clove of garlic
Use 1 tsp cumin seed
Use Little turmeric powder

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients; add salt to taste and form into flat cutlets. Dip in beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry.
