1 cup – rice
3/4 cup – sugar
almond and walnut (or any other dry fruits)
whole milk – 1 cup
condensed milk(optional) – 1 liter
water to soak rice – 1 cup
1. Soak rice in water for 30 mins and then drain the water out. Slice/crush almonds and walnuts.
2. Heat milk till it boils into bubbles and then add rice and sugar to it. It normally takes around 30 mins for rice to cook.
3. Add dry fruits to it and let it cook for 5 mins followed by adding condensed milk. Switch off the flame and serve it hot or cold.
