Introduction :
One can enjoy tea with Sponge Cake

 

Ingredients :

Take 200 gms powdered sugar
Add 200 gms butter
Add 200 gms maida (flour)
Add 5 eggs
Add 2 tsp baking powder
Add 1 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation:

Cream butter and sugar together.
use eggs one at a time and beat well. use vanilla essence.
Sieve the baking powder and maida (flour) together and add it to the creamed mixture.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake tin and bake at 180 C for about 15-20 minutes.
