Use 1 cup – poha / avalakki /flattened rice
Use 1/2 cup – jaggery (mashed)
Use 1/2 cup – coconut (grated)
Use 1/2 tsp – cardamom powder
Soak poha for 5 minutes. Wash thoroughly and drain the water completely. Add jaggery, coconut, cardamom powder and mix well. Serve this as a snack.
