Turai Chutney




2 number chooped gr chilli
1 tsp cumin
1 springs curry leaves
1 tbsp frychannadal or cahsew
1 pinch hing
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp oil
1 small onion
1 pinch salt
20 grams tamrind
1 number turai (berakai)


Cut turai into samll peices , add oil in a hot pan,fry in low flame all ingredients one after another then mix all of them and grind to the required consistency , you can also make chutney with the skin alone when making torai as subzi temper the chutney season and enjoy with hot rice and ghee.
