Vanilla Ice Cream
Use 1/2 tin condensed milk
Use 3 eggs (seperated)
Use 400 ml milk
Use 4 tbsp sugar
Use 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Beat the egg yolks and sugar till light and fluffly.
In a pan put in fresh and condensed milk. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and cook on a low flame stirring continuously till it becomes thick. Remove from fire.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg white and beat the whole mixture and freeze until half set.
Remove, beat again and re-freeze.
